Policy Context Briefs
This series publishes working papers designed to provide policy makers with the critical contextual information and conditions informing both real and potential international development projects. The papers will address the current challenges facing the international donor community as it tries to pursue peaceful, democratic, and technically sound approaches to sustainable development. Particular but not exclusive emphasis will be given to the Pacific Basin region.
